This is a fake chinese input software.

For whatever the reason, Sougou cannot pass the input software via the Apple store regulation. So it put this fake one to lure you in. And in the complete version, this software uses internet doing something background without even notify you. I hate these kind of behaviours of softwares - connecting you mac to some sever, uploading privacy, and upgrading in the background without even asking the user.
